The best way to know the quality, hand, and unique color of our products is to experience it all in person. We recommend ordering a Swatch of your desired fabric or color prior to placing your order. Please note: as a part of our unique manufacturing process, dye lots can vary. When you place an order, all items of the same color within your order are dyed together ensuring they emerge from dye in the same harmonic tone. Though our refined process results in minimal color variance, when items of the same color are ordered separately they are not guaranteed to match.
We aim to ship within 4-6 weeks of order receipt, allowing time to custom dye each item in your order. Approximate U.S. delivery time via Ground service is 1 to 2 weeks. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. We will notify you as soon as possible if the item you ordered is backordered with a lead-time exceeding 8 weeks.
We pride ourselves on being an easy care luxury line with linens that can be laundered in your own home. Please visit our Care Instructions page for specifics on how to best care for each of our collections.
We take the utmost pride in each product sold by Bella Notte Linens. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept your return within 30 days of receipt. Due to the custom nature of our dye process, all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can only be processed for products purchased on bellanottelinens.com. Products purchased from bellanottelinens.com cannot be returned to a local retailer. Similarly, products purchased from a Bella Notte Linens retailer cannot be returned through this site. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping, handling, re-stocking fees, and return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded. Standard shipping charges will apply for all “free shipped” items. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of returned goods. CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, we promptly pull the items and send them to dye. Should you need to cancel or change your order for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of original order placement via the Contact Us form. Due to our custom dying process, if your order is canceled after 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
